British High Commissioner Antony Smith lays a wreath at the cenotaph for Jamaican soldiers who fought in the Second World War, at the National Heroes Park in Kingston yesterday. The occasion was the Royal Air force Association of Jamaica’s annual wreath-laying ceremony.
